Bluelift PVT Ltd makes institutional assets available in fractions. The asset itself does not change — it is still vaulted metal, a leased building or a secured loan book. What changes is that ownership is divided into transferable units, so a position that would normally require an institutional minimum can be taken in a much smaller size.

Every offering is listed publicly with its terms, custodian, jurisdiction and current subscription level. No account is needed to read any of it.

Onboard and verify
Create an investor account and complete identity and suitability checks. Access to subscribe is granted per offering, based on the checks your jurisdiction requires.
STEP 3
Review and subscribe
Read the offering documents, confirm your commitment, and settle. Your subscription is recorded against the single-purpose vehicle that holds the asset.
STEP 4
Hold and receive
Track holdings and valuations in your dashboard. Income-bearing assets distribute on their stated schedule; statements and disclosures are filed to your documents area.
Common questions
What does a token actually represent?
A beneficial interest in the underlying asset, held through a single-purpose vehicle. It is a claim on the asset and its income — not a cryptocurrency, and not a bet on one.
Who holds the underlying asset?
An independent, regulated custodian named on each offering. The platform never takes custody of client assets, and assets are never lent or rehypothecated.
Can I sell before the end of the term?
It depends on the offering. Open-ended products support redemption windows; fixed-term products generally run to maturity. Each product page states its term.
Why is there no checkout?
Subscribing is a regulated action that requires identity and suitability checks, so it happens inside your account after onboarding — not as an anonymous purchase.
